Welcome to Shri Rajarajeshwari Jewellers, owned and operated by Mr. Venkatraman M. Hegde from Sirsi, Karnataka, India.
By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Our goal is to provide every customer with honest service, quality products, and transparent communication — while also ensuring seller safety and fair business practices.
Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase.

 

1. Products & Authenticity

All our items, including 999 Silver Photo Frames, Silver Jewellery, Gold Jewellery, and Invitation Jewellery, are handcrafted with care.
Because of their handmade nature, minor variations in design, polish, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

We guarantee that all silver items are made from certified 999 pure silver as mentioned in product descriptions.

 

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes, packaging, and shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
In case of any technical error or incorrect price display, we reserve the right to cancel such orders with full refund to the buyer.

 

3. Payments

We accept secure payments through UPI, Bank Transfer, and online payment gateways.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

Customers are advised not to share payment screenshots or bank details with anyone other than our official communication channels.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer PAN-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery time is 4–6 working days after order confirmation.
International shipping is handled case-by-case; please contact us before placing an order.

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays, mishandling, or external damage caused during transit.
If your parcel appears damaged, please make an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our jewellery and silver frames, returns or refunds are not accepted once a product is sold.

However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After review and verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund (as applicable).

All return requests must include clear product photos or unboxing videos as proof.
Products returned without prior approval or beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

 

6. Seller Safety & Fair Use Policy

To protect against misuse of our policies, we reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet our conditions or show signs of tampering or misuse.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to customers involved in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

All transactions are recorded and verified for mutual protection of both the buyer and seller.

 

7. Customer Communication

Official communication must be made only through our registered email or verified WhatsApp Business number.
Messages sent to personal numbers or unofficial accounts will not be considered valid proof for any claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.
We are not responsible for indirect, sentimental, or consequential losses caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delay or damage lies with the courier company, though we will assist you in raising claims if needed.

 

9. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal information (like name, address, phone number, and email) is used solely for order processing and shipping purposes.
We never sell, rent, or share your details with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
