Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
In case of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery, we offer a return, replacement, or refund as applicable.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been sold, except under the conditions mentioned above.
All jewellery, 999 silver photo frames, customized products, and discounted items are strictly non-returnable for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or colour variations caused by lighting or screen display differences.
3. Replacement Policy
If your product is verified as defective or damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
Replacement will be processed only after receiving clear photo/video proof and verification by our quality team.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not available for the defective or wrong item.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund amount.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely returning the item in its original packaging.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, detailed return instructions will be shared via email.
6. International Orders (Exports)
For international customers, returns or refunds are not applicable once the product has been shipped, except in cases of confirmed damage during transit.
All export sales are handled on a case-by-case basis, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or shipping costs involved.
